Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Charming Fusion! We carefully prepare and package each order and want you to know what to expect after your purchase.
Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship items are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
Made-to-order items require additional processing time because your item is created after your order is placed. Please refer to the individual product listing for any specific processing information.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard Shipping — $4.90 for eligible orders under $50.
Economy Shipping — FREE on orders of $50 or more.
Available shipping options and final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Charming Fusion is not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@CharmingFusion.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address but contact us and we will do our best to help.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at colleenscharmingfusion@gmail.com and include your order number and photos when applicable so we can help resolve the issue.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors. You may also need to contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Made-to-Order Items
Many Charming Fusion apparel items are made to order using our limited-quantity Screen Print Glitter Designs. Because these items are created specifically after an order is placed, processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
